Too often we do not feel seen or heard even during our times of need. This is where seeking the support of an empathic ear can be very helpful. Someone to walk alongside you when you courageously journey into yourself. To aid you while you work through the issues that cloud your sense of self, so that you can emerge into the light of new possibilities. Should you need this support I would be honoured to walk a while with you.

In an ever-fast-moving world it can seem like it takes all we have to just keep our heads above water. As the poet W.H. Davies wrote, “What is this life if, full of care, We have no time to stand and stare.”

My first visceral experience of therapy was when a counsellor said to me “I hear you, I see you”. It was a moment of stopping, an acknowledgement of my humanness, and it touched me deeply.

Someone to walk alongside you
when you journey into yourself.

Léargas is Gaelic for insight

Let July be July.
Let August be August.
And let yourself just be
even in the uncertainty.
You don’t have to fix everything.
You don’t have to solve everything.
And you can still find peace
and grow
in the wild of changing things.
